- Physician – CMS has posted updates to the National Physician Fee Schedule Relative Value File effective January 1, 2019. The next expected update is April 1, 2019.
- HCPCS – New HCPCS codes have been published by CMS with an effective date of January 1, 2019. The next expected update is in April 1, 2019.
- ASP Drugs – New ASP Drugs have been updated by CMS with an effective date of January 1, 2019. The next expected update is in April 1, 2019.
- Ambulance – CMS released the 2019 ambulance fee schedule with an effective date of January 1, 2019. The next expected update is scheduled for January 1, 2020.
- CCI, MUE and Add-on Edits – CMS has released the January 1, 2019 changes for the CCI, MUE and Add-on Edits. The next expected update is for April 1, 2019.

- DMEPOS – CMS has adopted new DMEPOS rates with an effective date of June 1, 2018. The rates are the result of interim rule CMS-1687-IFC. The rule amends the regulation to resume the transition period’s blended fee schedule rates for items furnished in rural areas and non-contiguous areas (Alaska, Hawaii, and United States territories) not subject to the Competitive Bidding Program from June 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. The next expected update is July 1, 2018.

- Physician – CMS has reposted the National Physician Fee Schedule Relative Value File retroactive to January 1, 2018. This update includes the changes resulting from the SUSTAIN Care Act of 2018 that extends the Work Floor GPCI to 1.000 until 2023. The next expected update is April 1, 2018.
- ASC – CMS has reposted a revised to the ASC fee schedule with an effective date of January 1, 2018. The update includes revised rates for 145 codes in Addendum AA. The next expected update is April 1, 2018.
- Ambulance – CMS reposted the 2018 ambulance fee schedule retroactive to January 1, 2018. This update includes the changes resulting from the SUSTAIN Care Act of 2018 that extends the bonus payments for urban and rural transports and the super-rural bonus. The next expected update is scheduled for January 1, 2019.
